Option 1- Obtain an Insurance Binder / Endorsement from your existing auto insurance company (State Farm, Farmer’s, AAA, Allstate, etc). If you choose to go this route, please call the rental office at 805-240-1204 so we can send you the required paperwork to pass on to your agent. We will need to be added to your policy as a "Loss Payee" and "Additional Insured". Please note that your insurance must be full coverage to include comprehensive, collision and liability. The limits of liability shall be at least the minimum limits required by any applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Any deductibles shall not exceed $500.00.

Option 2 - Purchase the insurance directly from our insurance provider, MBA Choice Insurance. If you choose to go this route, please follow the step by step instructions below: NOTE: The maximum that the insurance company (MBA Choice) will pay as the result of a third party liability claim is:

15,000/for any one individual
30,000/for the total accident, regardless of the number of persons
5,000/for property damage

You will be given the option to purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) during the purchase of your MBA Choice insurance. This increases the third party liability protection coverage to a maximum of $1,000,000 and is strongly recommended by Playtime.

Pricing Structure for MBA Choice Insurance:

Series 2 – 26' Class C, 30' Class C, 32’ Class C, 35’ Class A
Series 3 – 38' Class A Diesel
Series 2 – Coverage is charged at $20.00 per day
Series 3 – Coverage is charged at $25.00 per day

Insurance Deductibles (the following deductibles apply to each unit when purchased through MBA Insurance):

$1,500.00 Deductible - 26' Class C, 30' Class C, 32' Class C
$2,500.00 Deductible - 35' Class A, 38' Class A Diesel

2. Select the Series Number that corresponds to the size of the RV you are renting. See above for complete descriptions.
3. Fill in the check box just below our name at the top of the page verifying that we (Playtime RV Center) are your RV rental dealer.
4. Fill in all required personal information including your name, complete address, telephone number, and email address.
5. In the area marked COVERAGE PERIOD: Select the day the coverage is to begin (scheduled pick-up date) Select the last day of coverage (scheduled return date)
6. Click on the button labeled CALCULATE COST to see your total cost.
7. Click on the button labeled PROCEED WITH PURCHASE.
8. Under STEP 1 confirm that all payment information is correct and enter your credit card number along with the expiration date.
9. Under STEP 2 read AND UNDERSTAND the Terms & Conditions and place a check in the box labeled "I accept the terms and conditions."
10. Under STEP 3 click on the button labeled SUBMIT PURCHASE INFORMATION.
11. Print out the "PROOF OF COVERAGE" form and fax it to our office at 805-240-1203.
